  The Crimean peninsula is one of the most remarkable places on the Earth! It is often called "the world in miniature" or "the open air museum", and it is not exaggeration! The unique combination of a variety of landforms and climatic conditions on this small territory gives to the Crimea its special originality and unique flora and fauna.

 

 

Program

Day 1. Hero City Kerch

10.00 - Arrival in Kerch. A sightseeing tour in Kerch, a visit to Mount Mithridates and ruins of Panticapaeum, a Turkish fortress of Yeni-Kale.

 A visit to Adzhimushkay stone quarry and Fort Totleben - a unique fortification building. Transfer to Feodosia. Accommodation in a hotel of Feodosia. Dinner.

Day 2. Sightseeing tour in Feodosia

Breakfast. Feodosia city tour. Feodosia is a "God-given" city. You will visit an art gallery of Aivazovsky, that preserves the largest collection of paintings of this artist. A visit to the house-museum of Alexander Green (if desired). Transfer to Sudak. A tour along the Genoese fortress.

Transfer to the hotel of Sevastopol. Accomodation. Dinner.

 

Day 3. The memorial complex Malakoff

Breakfast. Sevastopol city tour with the visit of "Panorama "Defense of Sevastopol in 1854-1855.""

A visit to the memorial complex "The 35th guards coastal battery" and the outdoor Archaeological Museum of Chersonese. Free time. Dinner.

Day 4

Breakfast. Keeping on exploring the sights of Sevastopol. A visit to the largest in Europe wine cellars, getting to know about the wine tasting brand Inkerman (350 rub).

A sightseeing tour in Balaclava. There are 2 types of programs proposed to your choice. You can either visit the Naval Museum complex "Balaklava" - a former top secret plant where submarines used to be repaired, or have a boat trip in the Balaklava Bay. Return to the hotel. Dinner.


Day 5

Breakfast. A tour around the Southern coast of the Crimea:

Alupka Palace of Count Vorontsov

The Foros Church, the famous Lions Terrace, a walk around the landscaped park “Lastochkino Gnezdo” and observing one of the most romantic castles (without getting inside). Nikitsky Botanical Garden (150 rub) is a real kingdom of goddess Flora. It impresses by its beauty: groving bamboo, the avenue of stone oaks, evergreen magnolia, cedars of Lebanon, rose gardens. (Chrysanthemum Ball: late October - early November) Yalta. Return to the hotel. Dinner.

Day 6

Breakfast. An excursion to Bakhchisarai – a city with oriental flavor and charm. An excursion to the cave city Chufyt Cale (190 rub), Karaites' Kenasas, which is an amazingly beautiful and unusually harmonic temple complex, the Male Assumption cave monastery, Bakhchisaray Khan's Palace (225 rub). Transfer to Simferopol. Accommodation in the hotel. Dinner.

Day 7

Transfet to the airport. Arrival.
